Lens-Artists Photo Challenge: Soft

I ‘ve been spending a lot of time trying to capture the softness of the blooms of the Purple Smoke Tree.

  1. Must admit I’d never heard of a smoke tree but it’s quite beautiful – love its color! Lovely job capturing it. This week Patti and I talked about Topaz impressions which might be a nice alternative to Psykopaint???

    • I will have to check Topaz out. I have seen three different colour variations on the tree: dark purple leaves, purple-green leaves and a kind of russet with rusty blooms – Leya has one on her site just a few posts back and the blooms are almost gold in colour.
