Fun with distorted reflections in Rosenquist’s mirrored mylar at the ARoS Modern Art Museum in Aarhus, Denmark.
The lads aren’t quite sure what to make of Rosenquist’s art.“Hey guys, it’s interactive, get with it!”
Al tried and created this interesting piece of art.
Al’s second attempt. This was really abstract.
My first attempt.
Attempt no. 2.
Then I noticed something and began prancing and posing around the room.
The lads weren’t quite sure what to make of me.
Then I posted on Facebook this last photo together with a shot of the petroglyphs at Tanum in Sweden, with their distorted muscular calves and odd protruding bits.
“Ah,” commented my friend Mikey, “now it all becomes clear.”
Perhaps my ancestors also had access to Rosenquist’s work?
James Rosenquist, American pop artist (1933 – 2017).

Love your process as an artist! My attempts are in “meaning” instead of shapes:) Glad you came by!
Excellent and unique. Well done.
Love this one – very clever and fun!
LOL for your final analysis/comparison Elizateth – very clever and creative.
Oh, what larks!
Oh wow, Elizabatz, I can tell the fun you had and the artistic reflections you actually created by prancing and dancing!
this was a lot of fun to skim tonight – thanks for the art – and Rosenquist distortions
Fun reflections 👍🏼
