Green plus red.
Pure green, with no yellow or blue edge, was hard to find, although this Jalapeño green is pretty close. The green is accented with red, one of nature’s favourite colour combos.
Mid-green lily pads and dark green waters with a pale pink highlight. Could you guess that this is part of the artist Monet’s garden?
Greens and reds say Christmas!

Red wall with an exquisite bluish-green Chinese ceramic tiles in the Cheah Kongsi Clan Temple.
It was hard to find a really dark green in nature but in this Croton the green is almost black, and its red markings pop!
Blue-green Agave edged with dark red.

Green and yellow.
Yellow Flag Irises reflected in a duck pond that is itself a murky green.
Mid-green accented with yellow.
One surprise for me was how often greyed blue-green plants erupt in yellow blooms. I don’t think it should work but it does!

With the barest hint of blue-green leaves this sage brush erupts in deep yellow bloom.

Dark blue-green water edged with grey rocks.
Ireland, as befits the ‘Emerald Isle’ was a picture of greens with greys, as in these ‘Most Spectacular Cliffs in Kerry’ (apped in Snapseed).

Light green grapes with darker green leaves against a backdrop of rust and brown tones.
Copper verdigris is a green that is almost blue, here accented by orange rust.
Brown pine cones in amongst green-grey needles.
Cloudy green water and faded brown wood.
Of the palest green, this soft green Sage-like plant with tiny brown seeds was found at the Okanogan Nature Reserve in Kelowna, Canada.
